My name is ******** ******** I’m ** years old mother of 4 children . I work for the State of ** as Law Enforcement Officer. I don’t know much about mechanic and my regular mechanic couldn’t fix my vehicle so he recommended me to go to Integrated Automotive shop because they deal with German vehicles all the time . I had to drop off my vehicle for their mechanic to check the problem and run diagnostics i chocked they charged me over $159 and refused to waive such charge by claiming they been in the business for over 26 years and they never ever waived the Diagnostics due to the half an hour they waist trying to figures out what’s the problem with the vehicle . They return my vehicle the very next day early in the morning claiming they fixed my suv ripped me off charging me over $2,143 and couple days later the light engine turn on again and started making noise again they technically clear the light engine over charged me when the part they claimed to replace didn’t cost more than $70 and stole at briar day light just because I’m a clueless female with heavy accent and no man was accompanied so they took advantage of me and didn’t fix my vehicle . I am speechless how deceitful and manipulators liars people can really be . I want to make this report very clear that what they did was not acceptable and I’ll report and stand up for my rights as a citizen. I’ll not allow them to get way with this by stealing money from people that don’t know how to fix things ; that’s why we need them but their is more Crooked mechanics out there than good ones unfortunately. Afterwards I was told that kind of service shouldn’t had been more that $300 and I could get the diagnostic from free at any **** **** store which I did and show that the problem was something completely different than what they told me ! The conclusion of this was they didn’t fix my vehicle and took over $2100 from my pocket and I still had the broken vehicle to fix . Please help me
