I hired this company for a kitchen remodel from start to finish there were numerous problems which after my complaints they fixed from sloppy drywall to a damaged piece of vinyl on the floor which they painted over then my cabinets were installed 3 inches off and there was a plumbing leak and they didn't hook my washer up properly so there was another leak they didn't paint the entire wall AND MY QUARTZ IS DRILLED OFF CENTER. I WAS MADE TO FEEL SECOND RATE AND THAT I WAS JUST COMPLAINING I have pictures of everything if nothing else I would like them to own their mistakes and admit to them but I wouldn't hold my breath in a perfect world I would get reimbursed for the quartz plus the 3 case of floor I'm sure I paid for that they took back somehow I want to move forward and be done with them but I feel at least an apology is in order I know it won't be resolved but my complaint is warrantedBusiness response

*************************** had never emailed or addressed verbally any concerns that she had while the job was being done. She has gone to the extent to post pictures on social media of the job while it was in the process of a demo to the old kitchen. No new pictures of the final outcome. Which questions arise as to why she took these photos in the first place when the workers weren't there.
She had a payment schedule with the payments that were made as the work progressed. She made the payments on time, without any questions, as well as the last payment which is given only when the job has a walk through with the client to approve that everything was addressed.
As for her resolution of "$5,000 and you'll never hear from me again", on advice of counsel, we will let that go as an attempt at extortion. We responded to this complaint out of respect for the BBB, however, we strive to make all of our clients happy with their projects and our reviews on ********, ******* and ****'s list can attest to that.
