date of service: 5/2/23 business required a $50 deposit, after the appointment they totaled an additional $270.this business committed to providing me with a blonde balayage service but did not do that instead gave me 3 grey strands and left my hair dry and darker than before. Stylist ************************* washed my full head of hair with ice-cold water and did not consult me that she would make my hair as dark as she did.I asked the stylist to not charge me for a service they did not complete and was very unhappy with the results, she proceeded to tell me there is nothing she can do. I told her to contact her boss, ****** which she did not do. I proceeded to personally reach out to ******, she initially said she would fix the problem for me and service me again. 24 hours later, she sends me a message through Instagram saying she spoke with ******* and said, "******* is very thorough and if she toned this way there had to be a reason" and backed out on fixing my hair after she had told me she would regardless of her feedback from *******. Both ********* & ***** claim my hair looks "different" but there is no change to my hair besides 3 strands of grey hair and my money being taken regardless of not getting the service which I asked for.Business response

This situation was completely rectified prior to her filing this complaint.
After speaking with you this is what I was able to pull together.
She requested a receipt 2 days after her services were dont as we don't have cash receipts. So I had to type one up for her that she never picked up as she said she would. She did however pick up the cash refund the night before.
She was given a discount the evening of her service after refusing to pay and backing the employees into the ******* and bullying her into a discount.
2 days later on 5/4/23 she received another refund of 50% at $160.
Totaling $225 off of her $385 service.
