      Total rip-off!! First, on our 1st visit 7/26/21, the Dr. Emad A********* that was covering for the regular walked in the exam room without introducing himself. Then, he just checked my puppy's ears and heart. Didn't weigh he, checked her body, etc. He walked out and came back in and said that she would not get vaccinated because it was not 3-4 since her first vaccination. They didn't inform me of the itinerary prior to the visit. So, at checkout they charged me $55 for his time. I told him that ***** who scheduled my appointment quoted me $35 for the exam. He basically insinuated that I lied. I spoke my mind to him and he didn't apologize for anything and refused to honor me the quoted price of $35. The guy is arrogant and treats the pet owners like if they're dogs too.

      Dear *** *******, 

      I am writing in response to complaint # ******** letter mailed to us on August 4th, 2021. We have reviewed the letter and would like to let you know what transpired on the visit on 7/26/2021. 
      The weight was done by a technician before the Doctor came in the room to perform a full body exam. A full body exam was performed. After the exam was done, the client provided some questions to the doctor, all questions were explained and answered. The owner claims that he was quoted 35.00 for the exam. The exam pricing for our hospital has never been at $35.00, The lowest price we ever had for an exam is $45.00. At the time of the office visit the owner was shown on the computer the pricing for a general exam. 

      As a courtesy the hospital is willing to refund the $20.00 difference from what he claimed he was quoted and the office visit. We accommodate all of our clients to the best of our ability.
