Transaction date 10/26/2022. I found a medium sized hard brown object in the drive through order bag with my food in it. I called and spoke to the Manager on duty, who requested to see the object. My husband drove it BACK to the restaurant and showed it to the Manager, who said her supervisor would want to see it, but would not be in until the next day and asked my husband to leave the object. He complied. She said the Supervisor would "reach out to us the next day". He said we wanted to KNOW WHAT THE BROWN OBJECT WAS, and would wait for the call. The next day, by 4 P.M. there was NO CALL AS PROMISED, so WE CALLED the manager that my husband gave the "UFO" to. She said the Supervisor had LEFT FOR THE DAY, and would NOT RETURN UNTIL AFTER THE WEEKEND! I then called CORPORATE to complain, and "Claire" took the report and said she would put a "high priority" on it, and someone would get back to us. By MONDAY, OCTOBER 31st, at 1:20P.M. STILL NO CALL BACK FROM CORPORATE. So I called AGAIN, and spoke to "MARY" who told me the exact same thing as Claire did last FRIDAY. It is is now 3:42 P.M. and STILL NO RETURN CALL FFOM ANYONE. I did get a sore throat and subsequent symptoms that may or may not have aggravated postop issues from October 19, 2022, and have not been feeling well since. This has been DOCUMENTED through my local PCP and on my Surgeon's Patient Portal in Allentown, PA. The complete lack of RESPECT & COOPERATION not to mention PROFESSIONALISM, leads me to believe they are HIDING SOMETHING. I want to KNOW WHAT THAT DISGUSTING LOOKING OBJECT WAS, and purue some form of penalty for the abuse they ALL inflicted on me. PLUS I WANT THAT OBJECT BACK - AS I suspect it is no longer "available"!
