We have a contract with Bill J**** General Contracting. Started in May was told 6-8 week project, We are now in the third week of September and still no floor, insulation, drywall, overhead door, back door and the door leading into the house, electric hookup to main box and all the lights and outlets are not hooked up, vinyl siding on back of the house and other misc corrections that need attention. Received a text from him on 09/09/21 saying he is out of money and needs more money and he wants me to pay additional money somewhere between $4,500.00 to $5,000.00 to finish. This is basically the only way he would come back to finish. Tried to have a meeting with him on 5 occasions just within the last two weeks but he always had an excuse for not showing up. Watch out he pays himself before finishing the project and that is why my project has not been done and he needs more money. Any more info I can share I would be happy to accommodate. Do not trust him whatsoever. The only reason he is getting a one star is because it wont let me give him a 0 rating.

As per the review of 139 Parker trail. There was a balance due on the original contract of $5,000. Due to the 300% increase in the cost of lumber because of covid-19, along with the extras that were not paid for, came to a balance due of $9,600. The five and a half ton of stone and concrete floor was not included in the original contract. The $9,600 balance due was given to the customer for the completion of the project. I never said I wasn't going to finish the project, I offered free labor, we came to a agreement on the completion of the project which the customer reneged on several times delaying the completion of the job. The contract does not state a start or finish date for the project. I would appreciate this complaint to be dismissed and erased from my record immediately upon your review.
