This company is trying to steal over $800 from me and my family for services not provided. Now they are trying to back charge us for those services which were never provided. They are an insurance company that failed to put my vehicle on the insurance policy leaving us uninsured. 12 months later they call us saying oh we messed up but now you have to still pay us for all that time you were uninsured. I would sue them but my lawyer suggested this route instead.Business response

*** ********'s statement is incorrect. He contacted our office to add a vehicle to his auto insurance policy with **** ******** Insurance on 11/10/2021. We processed the addition on that date. It came to our attention in November 2022 that **** ******** had a system failure and the vehicle had not been added on their end. After recognizing this, **** ******** added the vehicle coverage to rectify the issue and to ensure that his vehicle never had a lapse in coverage or was uninsured as *** ******** stated. He owes **** ******** the outstanding balance to **** ******** due to him having coverage for almost 1 year and not paying the premium for that coverage.
I would like to also point out that if *** ******** would have reviewed his policy documents or monthly bill, he would have noticed that something was incorrect with his policy. The client should always review these documents for accuracy.
We explained to *** ******** that KMA Insurance Group did not do anything incorrectly and we have the records to prove we completed the vehicle addition.
