      ZERO STARS! AHS sent this "company" to our home to fix/access our furnace issue (no heat). The guy opened up the back of the furnace, took pictures, and said we should get a carbon monoxide detector in the basement! I was like "What"? He left after 5 minutes of being there with no explanation and no remedy or plan of action. I have tried to call the company to get their diagnosis. They do not answer their phone. When I called him a few days later, I actually got him on the phone and he asked if he could call me back. I am still waiting for a return call two weeks later. If a warranty company assigns them to come to your home, ask for another company. No integrity, No Customer Service, No nada! What a shame!

      Wish I could give NO STARS AT ALL!! Do NOT use this company. They don't understand what customer service or professionalism mean. I put in a request with my home warranty co. late on a Saturday as my AC conked out. I heard back late Sunday that Service Call Pros would be here the following Thursday between 11am and 3pm. At 2:30pm on Thursday, I received a text asking that I confirm my appointment for Saturday between 10am and 2:00pm. In the text they didn't mention who they were (company name) or what the appointment was for. The text just said "Hello, I wanted to confirm your appointment for Saturday ...". Assuming it was for my AC needing to be serviced, I immediately texted them back about the appointment being for today (Thursday), not Saturday. They said "The warranty company gives their first available and it does not always match ours as we do business with other companies.". They also said they told the warranty co. about the date not being good for them & wasn't sure why the company didn't update me. I then called my warranty company who told me that they only found out this afternoon about the change. Interesting that Service Pros didn't notify the warranty company or me until 2:30pm on the appointment date, but they supposedly knew when the appointment was made by the warranty company that it was not good for them. I do not want to give them my business so I asked the warranty co. to reassign my claim to another company. Temperature is in the high 90s & now I have to wait even longer to get my AC serviced.

      They are awful. Show up whever they want and cant get an answer from them. They diagnosed our furnace saying the motor needed replaced so weeks later they replaced it and still had no heat. They came back and said need new limit switch. Got notified they got the switch but cant install it for 3-4 weeks. DO NOT use this company they lie and cant be trusted.

      If your warranty company tries to set you up with Service Call Pros.. RUN. DO NOT DO IT. THEY ARE AWFUL. Awful communication Awful work Did not complete work Said we needed a new unit after trying other things but the new unit is semi- in and the same problem is happening. The tech just leaves and doesn't say he's done or it's working. Left my house with a GAS LEAK. Talk about UNPROFESSIONAL. Didn't even check his work. Say they are coming to fix your problem and then they don't show up and don't call, email, or text. I had to email them to even get an answer. I can't say enough bad things about this place. I had actual pro come out and they said it looks like a 10 year old put this together. SO MANY cut corners and wrong doings. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!

      I am in the same boat as every one else regarding this contractor. They were selected and provided by First American Home Warranty to repair my furnace. First visit, the guy said it would be hours if he went through every part but he thought it was a bad burner and valve. Said he would order them, there was a fiasco in getting the parts "due to COVID". After 4 weeks he showed up after constantly calling FAHW, about getting him out here to fix the furnace. He hooked up a unit and got 3 or 4 faults on the new part, so he said he would call in for a replacement. Another 4 weeks parts show up, I took off and the guy called me to say FAHW ordered the wrong parts. Another 2 weeks, then he shows up and drops the parts off, says he can come out the following week, I take off work again, he calls me the day of and reschedules, second visit I get an email rescheduling again after I already took off work. When he finally showed up to install the equipment, he put it in, then when I checked on him, he said "Call me when you get your oil tank filled up. I showed him the tank was full. He tried to purge the system and fire it up and nothing. He blamed the oil filter. Said he would order a new one and come out in September. In the end of August I checked FAHW's web site, it showed that the guy had closed to ticket said he completed it. Now I have to go back to FAHW, have a second contractor who came out and inspected teh guys work, Service Call Pros, "contractor" and owner Emory didn't even connect my oil lines to the burner, didn't do burner setup, didn't cut the air flow orifice to the right size. or fite the AC coils to sit correctly on the new furnace.. Paid out NCC's and service fees for hack job work. I could have done better quality work and I don't even do HVAC work. DO NOT USE THIS GUY, He might know how HVA C systems work but he is unprofessional, uncommunicative, and when he gets held to the fire for poor workmanship and called on it, He hides behind "I work for the home warranty company" So he will take your money and has no qualms about leaving work unfinished. Then will say I will come out and look at it again... No, no you won't because you couldn't do it right the first time, why on Earth would someone let you back into their house to "look it over again a second time" .
