The delivery team of ******* and ***** were polite and friendly . They did a fantastic job setting up two recliners and answered all our questions . They did 5 STAR service . ********************************

We have the warranty for our furniture, this place came to my house 3 times with the wrong part. I then received store credit as long as I gave them the broken furniture back which was awesome but once they took the furniture they won't return my call or give me the replacement furniture. I was then told by their GM *** "That sounds like your problem not mine". I would never recommend this place to anyone.Review from Eric T

This company sells you on their warranty and then they do their best to make sure they dont have to cover the repairs.They take hard working peoples time and money and tell you they will take care of you and they dont. Had I known what they would do to try to get out of repairs I would have refused delivery.The condition of the boxes that my sectional was delivered in looked like it was dropped from an airplane.I thought with the money I spent on the furniture and warranty they would surely take care of a damaged item.We wanted nine months for this furniture so you can see why we received it against my better judgment.My wife and I have very busy schedules and we hardly ever have time to go through emails.When you tell the person I charge of scheduling the appointment for repair who to call they dont fallow your request.They will also send you paperwork to fill out with gotcha questions.Be careful how much you answer.They will us it against you.If I were planning to purchase new furniture I would definitely look somewhere else.
