Jan 2024 we bought a NEW refrigerator from Duggans Appliance ******* ( but is really ***'s appliances - they didn't take change the name on the building or receipts) We paid $1938.71 for a NEW Whirlpool fridge on sale. *The end of February ************************************************************ the top of the door and the rubber seals. Both doors had different sized seals on them making the doors uneven and not lined up.* THEY Sent A SECOND fridge about 3 weeks later and there was GLUE on the outside of the door bracket at the top that pilots the door. * So AGAIN They sent a replacement door that did not line up and needed adjusted. The doors uneven and seals bad - different on each door not the same.* So AGAIN They sent a repair man -he pulled off the rubber seal and totally ruined the ability to close and secure the door. It DID NOT stick/ latch / close correctly. You could tap your pinky finger and it would open. And it's not aligned up and uneven with the freezer dude by side door. This happened today May 8th 2024. We want a New fridge delivered or our money back to buy a new one! I'm so upset that they never gave us a new fridge - they all had glue on them and different rubber seals that didn't match up! They are piecing it together. It is not NEW! It never was new when we received it.I feel they are ripping us off by not giving us a new refrigerator. I want a NEW one or our money back.We have told them this. Of coarse you can't speak to anyone, when you call I tried for 2 hours today 3:30 on and I got hung up on by the service department and the sakes man in the showroom couldn't connect me with a manager. I'm tired of not having anyone check to make sure we are being sent a new refrigerator and sending us used ones or used pieces to a refrigerator.Initial Complaint

I went to Duggan's appliance store in Erie, Pa (.on Mar 14-2023) to get a Whirlpool stackable washer/dryer. I tried to explain to the salesperson that my house was set up for gas. on Mar 16, 2023, They tried to deliver an electric stackable unit, & realized that my house was set up for the gas stackable. So they rescheduled to deliver the correct unit the following Monday, Mar. 20,2023. Then they connected the hoses, gas line and when I attempted to operate this unit, it didn't work. I ca!led the store and asked for the operating instructions & they told me that they didn't have any. They also did not give me my warranty info. What a dilemma! So Duggan took almost $2,000 out of my account and I have a whirlpool stackable that I cannot operate & I don't even know if is hooked up properly because I have no paperwork. This is not acceptable! I am requesting that I be given the warranty/operating info & this unit be set up properly, or refund all my money & remove this unit.
