I brought my daughter in to look at dirt bikes, which she has never owned one before just rode on them before. She picked one out, it was a 125 pit bike. We got it home and within minutes it was broke. LIterally. Called numerous times, numerous days, no return calls. Finally I got someone on from service after a week. His name is Tim, he says well you get what you pay for.. Okay so it's now okay to spend $ 1,700 and have it not run, have the carb need replaced, oil leaking, gas leaking?? Right.. I then continued to call and the secretary, who really shouldnt even be working there, kept refusing to transfer me to someone. So I kept calling until I literally screamed and I finally got to someone. Told her i was going to file a complaint and get my money back. Then the owner Mark called me, he acted like he had not gotten any of my 36 messages and ask whats the problem? Then finally said to bring it in. I brought it in alright and they kept it for 5 days, the carb needed to be replaced the motor was built wrong, who knows what else. And it is still leaking but again can't get a return call. Imagine that one. So here we are not even a month later and my daughter is almost upset as me probably more than me actually. Do not buy from them. Extremely unprofessional and will not help you in anyway. Spend the extra money, it is worth it. RIP OFF
