            that you are not completely satisfied with, you can return it for a
            refund (does not include shipping fees previously paid, or return
            shipping unless we have made an error on your order or you have received
            a defective product. Hat Trick Sports, LLC may at their discretion
            impose a 20% restocking fee on returned items). Every item we sell is
            carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or

            immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim
            number. To return an item, send the product back in its original
            unused condition, with all packaging and tags within 14 days, and your
            money will be promptly refunded or credit issued. Hat Trick Sports, LLC
            will not accept returns of clothing, hats, orthopedic braces, or sports
            medicine supplies if they have been worn or used. Please send an email
            prior to returning the item describing the reason you are unhappy and
            returning the product. You will then be issued a return authorization
            claim number. Next, safely repackage all returned items and include
            your name, reason for the return, and if you would like a Hat Trick
            Sports credit, replacement item (if available), or return of your
