barcode factory or paragonthey are doinf fraud and advertising iterms, and when you call them they tell you you need to buy this with other items to make a profit , aj was the salesman please remove this fiorm from your better busniess account as its a fraudBusiness response

Here are the details of the case.
On 04/15/22 Isreal S**** of Gamzi Digital, also known as Letova Electronics contacted our sales rep Andrew H*****, looking for a cradle charger for a Zebra Technologie* ****** mobile computer. The part he was looking for was ******************. I have attached a copy of the website page marked with that product. He indicated that he wanted the cradle only, but our sales rep indicated that we would need to sell the full kit. It is sold as a kit because the cradle has no power. The kit includes the cradle, power brick, country specific AC cord and DC line cord. Isreal was very upset and stated that he wanted the cradle only. Andrew our sales rep offered to look in to it but advised that we could only sell as a kit.
Isreal stated that he would contact the BBB and also put up a bad Google review. We immediately say the review and I contacted Isreal to advise him the following.
The product would not work without the power and cables
Since he was reselling this we believe that it would be important to make sure his customer knew that they needed the full kit
We were not trying to “mess them over” and that we had to sell all the items together since they were packaged as a kit.
How could we assist with the product and his reseller relationship.
I offered to give him as best price I could, to help him with his sale to the customer. I did not mention the bad review. My intent was to satisfy the customer first and then see if he would later reconsider.
He did place the order and in fact changed his review from a 1 star to a 5 star. I have attached both copies but you can also see the 5 star on our Google reviews, (which are at 4.8 average).
We manage over 25,000 transactions a year and have been in business for 28 years. We work hard to make all clients happy and the only evidence that I can provide that we do that is by the lack of bad reviews and how we handled this situation. As the company owner I get personally involved if a client is not happy. With supply chain shortages it has been difficult to make everyone happy, but we have navigated all the challenges the last two years and have done well in customer satisfaction.Please See Attachments
