On November 5, 2021, I made an online purchase of some soaps from this Dragonfly Lake Scents in the amount of $49.18. Although my credit card was charged for these items, I have never received them. I sent several emails to the seller, and I also phoned and left several voice messages on the merchant's phone. There was never any reply. These emails and calls were made during November and December of 2021. In January (January 24, 2022) I wrote to my credit card company to issue a dispute for the amount I was charged. They indicated that I should contact the merchant directly to resolve this issue. So I once again sent out an email, and on February 16 I did receive an email reply from her. The merchant indicated that she would "do my best" to get the products sent out to me that weekend. However, no products have ever arrived, and it's almost 5 weeks later. I have sent several more emails asking when I could expect the products, for which there was no response. Then I sent an email requesting a refund, since I don't believe I will ever see these products. And there has been no response to that request, nor have I received a refund.
