  I was looking for a car and they were advertising a country model van townhouse and I went to see about it and they said that they drove it it was in good condition and everything and I pay for it and I got it with the car dealer warranty and I went back to ask about a couple things that happen because I can’t drive the car and he pay for fuel pump the first day I got the car and then I went back a couple weeks after that and I was trying to see if they can help me because the car was just breaking down left and right and the lady tried to say that I signed a paper saying sold as is and I did and he never said anything about any damages to the van or anything and I went back to see if they can help me with fixing my car and they told me to take it to the better girl so now I’m filing a complaint because they tried to say I bought the car as is but I didn’t and they were being nasty about and told me to take to the better bearu

  I am writing back to you about honey locus buying a car from us back in in October. She came in and wanted us to come down on the price so we came down and told her if we do it would be without A warranty ,sold as is . And she signed our buyers guide stating as is no warranty,  which I am emailing to you . She had a problem with the car the day she bought it with a fuel pump and I  went over and talk to her and her boyfriend and agreed to pay for the fuel pump labor and part ,her boyfriend said he had a mechanic that would put it in for them . weeks later she comes storming into my office and threatening my wife saying she’s going to “kick her ass ‘ . We do have all that Conversation  on recording from our video cameras . I’m sorry but I do not want to help anybody that comes in here with an attitude like that and threatening us . When they buy a car as is no warranty it means they’re on their own to fix it I’m not sure what mechanic she had put that fuel pump in but that mechanic may have done something wrong that the car is not running right now and I don’t believe that’s my problem . I’d be happy to help you with any more documentation that you need in this case .

  ***** ***** no that’s a lie and I didn’t Threaten her I said I didn’t wanna be the one to kick him in the ass by filing a complaint with y’all I thought we could handle it in the office between them but she’s lying and I have the original warranty gave me out the window and they never did say nothing about if they came down on the price that they sold the car as they never came down on the price we never talked about that I just gave them I said OK the price they say yeah and I gave them the money and that was it we never discussed no price like I won’t be going through all of this if they wasn’t lying and she’s lying and they’re lying and I don’t wanna except that I just want my money back or a new car please thank you
