      DOP: 1-3-24 Was told items purchased were in stock and ready to ship. Since then I have not heard anything from the company. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone from PRL and they told me again that it was in stock and would ship out the next day. It is now a week later and still no tracking number/shipping confirmation. The only contact I currently have is **************************  I either want my money back from the company or I want my product.

      This order was for components of a complete kit that we sell, so they are non standard/special order items. The customer bought the complete kit second hand, & reached out to us to get hardware he needed to complete his used kit. We completed the customers request to this complaint. I attached screenshots of the order page & tracking.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      When several of you employees tell a customer that something is in stock and ready to ship the next day, it should ship the next day. Not over a month later. I made multiple calls and spoke with several people with your company. Each time I was told it was in stock and would be shipping out the next day. I called twice a week for over a month.

      I am terribly sorry for the delay in your order. We are struggling to manufacture all of the items that we offer in a timely manner right now, for many reasons, but I am sorry this affected you in the way that it did. We have already refunded your money prior to receiving this complaint, and I attached a copy of the refund confirmation to this reply. I also see this was your third order with us. I hope that we served you better in the past and that we may be given a chance to serve you better in the future. I hope that this issue is now resolved.

      Ordered two products online from PRL Motorsports and I received an order confirmation on May 17, 2023. I did not receive any communication nor information after this initial email. On July 8, 2023, I emailed customer service (their preferred method of communication). 5 days after that, they shipped my products. When I received the products shipped, what was sent was one correct item and one wrong item. I have been attempting to resolve this ever since. All emails I've sent and all calls I've made have gone unanswered. I would really like to return the wrong item that was shipped to me and either be refunded to purchase my product elsewhere, or be sent the product that I ordered.

      I purchased a flex fuel kit from PRL for my 2019 civic type R. After purchasing the kit, PRL released a statement online stating that the hoses they used in their kits were deteriorating prematurely causing rubber debris from the inside of the hose to clog the high pressure fuel pump thus causing a host of issues with the car. They acknowledged that other civic type R owners were experiencing this problem. After discovering that i had this issue i contacted them and they sent me an updated fuel line and reassured me that it would not deteriorate prematurely and they also stated that no damage to the high pressure fuel pump would occur. Taking them at their word i installed the updated lines and a new high pressure fuel pump from XDI, which costs $1600. 3 days later i experienced sudden fuel pressure drop in the high pressure fuel pump. I have datalogs to confirm. I consulted my tuner and he too confirmed that this was from the hose deteriorating and that he had seen this in multiple other civic type R owners cars that he has worked on. I have emails between us corroborating this exchange. Upon this discovery i disconnected the fuel lines to inspect and discovered that there was indeed debris from the line leading into the high pressure fuel pump. I contacted PRL to ask them to compensate me for another fuel pump. They offered me a new fuel line made of different material but said they could not compensate me for the pump
