This agency was awful, I had to leave a 1 star just so I could post this but they don’t deserve a star at all. We had a revolving door of unskilled and untrained aids. When 1 would come in that was good they would quickly move them on and send us more aids that were awful. My husband has ALS and can not use his legs and has limited movement with his arms. The aid would leave him suspended in his lift while she left him there to go do whatever. I let the office know of these issues to be told they could do nothing and she would continue to be his aid. They would no call no show and be rude about it when we called to find out where our aid was. They came into our home on 2 occasions to let us know that the entire staff had covid so no one would be coming to take care of my husband. When I reached out to the owner Johnny he was rude, yelled at me and acted like it was our fault. Stated they called my husbands cell phone to inform us. How can a man who can’t use his arms answer a phone? Such incompetency. The owner yelled at me asking why I had the type of cell phones I had. I had an aid actually state that she only wanted to eat lunch with him and talk she didn’t want to do the job the agency was hired for. This is not the place to use if you want your loved one taken care of. They want to send the worst and take your payment. They promise all the things you want to hear in the hiring process then the real job starts and the care is awful. Stay away from this business!
