In April of this year, Lugerman Inc was paid for a product and it was never delivered. After several phone calls and emails asking for the product or a refund, this company has still NOT delivered either. This has been going on for 6 months now and I am also going to contact the ATF and complain about this business with their Deceptive and Fraudulent policies.Initial Complaint

I purchased a ***** pistol chambered in 7.62x39mm from Lugerman through gunbroker.com on 03/15/22. The order number for the item is ********. The invoice number for the attachments is ******-****. The invoice says unpaid but in the notes section says Paid in full. **** an employee of lugerman told me they could not change the status so they added paid in full to the notes section. I purchased attachments from lugerman for the firearm on 03/15/22 as well. They gave me the run around for 2 months saying it would ship out in the next 2 weeks. Lugerman sold these firearms stating it would take 10 business day to build and deliver the weapon. After multiple emails and phone calls requesting updates they told me they did not have all of the parts to properly assemble the weapon on 05/24/22. They then shipped the item on 05/24/22 and told me in an email it may not have the attachments I paid for. The item arrived with no attachments and did not have the proper bolt, prevention the firearm from functioning; making it completely useless. They sent the rifle with a 224 **** bolt, instead of the required 7.62x39mm bolt. Without the proper bold this weapon will not chamber a round or fire. It is completely useless. Ive called everyday since 05/24, the calls are routed to an answering service. Ive sent multiple emails requesting them to send the attachments and the proper 7.62x39mm bolt overnight, or provide a shipping label for me to return the item for a full refund. I paid $587.16 for the item and $645 for the attachments. Since they have stopped responding to emails and answering calls I would like a full refund for the item and attachments totaling $1232.16.Initial Complaint

I purchased a firearm from them over 2 months ago. I was originally told it would be shipped out within 10 days. I called over and over again and also sent SEVERAL emails. I would be ignored for weeks and when they would finally answer me they would make excuses and straight up lie right to my face. For example I was told at least 5 times that it would be shipped out within the next day or 2 and here we are over 2 months in and they still cant tell me when I will get it. After reading other reviews Im very concerned that I will never receive this rifle and they will just continue to ignore me. I asked a few weeks ago that if it wont be shipped out within the next week I would like a refund, and yet again I was just ignored. Beyond frustrated with them and wish I never spent my money with them.Initial Complaint

Ordered a custom designed firearm on the 22nd of February 2022. Order number ******-**** paid in full for $2795. I was told on the website 4-5 weeks so around April I started calling and emailing to get a timeframe on the rifle with no response ever. On the 22nd of April I finally get ahold of someone at the shop and was told they forgot about my purchase and said would be done on the 27th of April but that was a lie and no apology given. At this point I have tried to be patient and not get angry but I believe I have been ripped off and there is no such rifle being made. This company is notorious for bad service and no customer satisfaction as I found out later in the reviews online. I am requesting the specific rifle that I ordered be sent to me immediately or a complete refund of that said purchase. This has caused much stress and many headaches. Thank **** *Initial Complaint

On 3/7/2022 I purchased and paid $718.55 to Lugerman.com for a rifle on *********.com. It is stated the the rifle would be shipped in 7days. They contacted me 6 days out to inform me that the build would be done. That wasn't communicated in their add. After 3weeks I was promised multiple times of shipment. And on 3/31/2022 I was suppose to get a tracking number. I haven't received any notice.Initial Complaint

On August 27th of 2020, I had placed a work request to have an antique firearm of mine repaired. Not long after I sent it in, I received a call confirming the services I would like done and even ordered another item for the previously mentioned firearm. The original completion time I was given was 6-8 weeks which was fair enough to me. A couple of months later, I decided to contact them and inquire about the repair. They say they'll get back with me and never do. Through the next few months I will request updates with no response, and when I do get a response It's an excuse for why it's not done. It is August 15th, 2021, almost a year later, and I have yet to hear any news about my firearm. The company is active on ******** and will post about all sorts of projects, but they can't seem to finish a year-old project or respond to the emails of concerned customers. The firearm I sent them is worth $1500. I've also given them over $600 for goods/services. I am concerned to say the least.
