I don't even know where to begin to start with this review. I've never seen such a crooked business in my life. I bought a C96 ****** from them and it took near 10 MONTHS to deliver what I bought from them. They were very quick to take my money and unbelievably slow to deliver what they promised. ****** specifically ran me in circles for months promising me my gun, every week I called him and he would say the same, "it'll be done in two weeks". At one point he told me he DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE **** After 8 months of this I sent a local police officer to his building to ask where my gun was. Then just then did I finally get what I bought. And its not like what I bought was inexpensive, I sent him in total $3,500. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not buy from him, it's not worth the time or hassle.Review from William C

I bought a complete artillery Luger conversion and had it installed on my lower. My upper was originally an artillery version but had apparently been rebarreled to a 4 inch barrel. I wanted to keep my original upper so I purchased this artillery conversion. The upper I purchased was beyond perfection. I am more than happy with it and would recommend Lugerman to anybody. 100% waste of time. Paid for a firearm in March. I was told 7-10 business days to ship. A month later I was told they were waiting on parts and my order should ship in another 10--20 days.... 3 emails later that had zero response and being contacted buy GUNBROKER.COM that this business is scamming customers I felt compelled to leave a negative review. I had sent in a c96 mauser broomhandle pistol back around February of 21 and had made payments towards a total refurbishment of the firearm. After my payments were finished back in December I have not been able to get ahold of them. Now it's May of 22. I have left voicemail emails messages with there answering service people and have not had any replies. I understand if your behind on work but having no communication and no return calls or messages is giving me red flags I have invested 2k in this pistol refurbishment a d I am deeply disappointed with the service and company. I am trying to seek legal assistance at this time.Review from Luke S

I purchased a Mauser c96 via a Gunbroker auction and had it mailed directly to Lugerman for rebarreling service. This was poor timing on my part, as it occurred at the height of the pandemic. Outbreaks were occurring at their facility in concert with some senior staff leaving, which did prolong the time it took to complete the work. That said, the quality of their work can't be overstated. My pistol is unrecognizable from its previous condition and their techs went so far as to blend my my barrel liner into the crown such that one cannot tell (without closer inspection) that the gun is not in original condition. In addition to that, I had ordered some parts for the firearm elsewhere that were incorrect and reached out to the owner in hopes that they could be exchanged for correct ones - he obliged. I completely agree with all the great reviews on the Luger man, just got back a full restoration with new barrel (who else can do that? ) what beautiful work. 1915 dwm looks like it just came out of the factory, metal has a grain like wood, a hack would just polish and straw without regard to original direction and angle and proper grit size, true artist is Eugene! As it is all like original. Larry *******
