I requested an estimate for a hot water tank replacement. They sent out two people, Brian and Casey, who thought they were installing the tank as if a job had been accepted. I told them that I only requested an estimate which they provided. They then informed me they had to charge me a $95 fee just for coming out. A fee I was not made aware of and did not agree to. As I was not made aware of the fee, I would like my money back.

I was experiencing plumbing issues on the 15th of this month and called on this business to assist in my issue. They came out and spent 3 hours and couldn’t resolve the issue. They suggested I have them put a camera down in my pipe to see where the problem was and I agreed. It was a 200 dollar charge. They then broke about 6-12 feet of their line in my pipes and tried to get it out. They said they did and hurried and left. They told me they would give me a quote about furthering service on my pipe and they have been avoiding this quote. I called on another plumber through home warranty and they had a plumber come out and that plumber said he couldn’t tell if all the line was out from the previous plumber. I called my home insurance and they were asking for the footage that I paid for and I finally got ahold of the plumber who came originally and he said it would’ve been an additional charge for the footage. (He failed to mention any of that. ) so they didn’t save any for me to provide to my home insurance. Then my insurance needed quotes and they still couldn’t provide me anything. This is a super inconsiderate action because I do have sewage leaking into my house and can’t use my water plus I have no idea if they did more damage to my pipes.
