      We contacted them in October, and it was expected to take 5 days to paint the house. The first payment was made on October 18th; they started the service on October 25th. After a couple of days, they offered to change the outlets because the new white wallswould greatly contrast the old yellow boxes. He said it was easy and that it would take only 1 day. We agreed with the extra service. It was taking much longer than planned, they always had excuses, and we always understood them. But the nightmare was about to get started. He said he was finishing the service and asked us to pay the final installment, we did. The service never ended. On November 23rd, while changing the outlets, I heard an electric blowout. I assumed that this could be expected and that as an electrician, he would deal with it. They finished the day, saying that they would return to finish the job the next day. After one hour, when it got dark, we realized that part of the house had no power, we had no water (the water pump was without energy), nor heater. I called them immediately, they came and could not solve the problem. They promised to return the other day, and they didn’t. We stayed two days with no water or heater and half of the house with no energy (during Thanksgiving recess). The business owner said he could not trust his electrician anymore and that he would finish the service with other people. It was a mess, they only came at night, some weekends, and it was never finished. Always with an excuse, always with a different promise. The service now is abandoned, outlets are open, wires are visible, one switch turns on/off the light of two separate bedrooms, electrical problems, my dryer burned out because of one of the power blowouts. We tried to trust and understand the excuses and explanations, but now we can not trust them anymore. I have pictures, emails, text messages, and a copy of the checks. There is more, with no authorization, they put a picture of our house on their website.

      This customers complaint has nothing to do with my painting services bit a sub contracted "Eletrical Job" that was to be completed and wasn't I was the middle man for payment so all responsibility falls on me I'm assuming I did the best I could to find someone to get the job done but I'm not an electrician.
