I highly recommend that people DO NOT hire this guy.We were buying a house and it had chipping and flaking exterior paint. To pass the inspection, the chipping and flaking paint needed to be removed and the house needed repainted. We found this out the first week of April.The real estate agency had a flyer up in their office for the company. Our realtor got a quote and gave him the job He told the realator that he was free and could start April 20th. And it would take him 8 to 9 days.After him repeatedly not showing up and not answering calls...He FINALLY started on May 17th. He repaired some of the stucco on the first floor ONLY. The next day showed up was May 23. He pressure washed the house to get the flaking paint off. He parked his van at the end of the driveway on May 23rd til June 3rd, blocking anyone else from getting in the driveway. May 25 he was doing trim work on the porch. May 31 I went by the house and he had scoffing set up in the back of the house.The realtor told the painter that if the house was not done by June 1, he would not get the other half of the money. The painter finally said he was done June 3. He did a TERRIBLE job, there is still cracked paint and he did not paint some areas the he power washed and took paint off.We were originally suppose to close on April 6th. The closing had to be changed 5 times. Each time we were charged a fee AND $14 a day starting April 7th til the actual closing on June 13th...so OVER $1000 in additional fees!!!!

sir I have no clue who you are, and I did the required work for the amount that was agreed upon, my original quote to repair and repaint was too high the customer I delt with had a budget all required work within that customers budget was completed as stated in the contract, as for the time frame the customer I worked for he and I stayed in contact and he understood the importance of the weather playing a roll in the competition date, rain every other day plays a role in proper adhesion and competition, the customer I worked for understood that, he did not ask me to move my *** he actually told me it was fine where it was. I know nothing about or have any involvement in the lost of any money involved with this job.
