      I purchased the zero water filter system. The product doesn't do what it claimed to do. There was no instructions online or with my package how to process a return. I called Zero Water over a week ago and was told they would email me a return lablel. I still haven't received a return label to mail my product back. I called twice this past week to follow up receiving a return label and was told they are extremely backed up emailing the return labels. I simply want to make my return because this product doesn't fully filter out what it says it does........

      Purchased a ZeroWater 10 Cup Round Water Filter Pitcher through ****** on 11 Sep 2022, and the filter that came with it quickly turned the filter water sour and tangy. Customer support failed to troubleshoot and remedy the issue, and instead of waiting for the tiresome back and forth I ordered a 4-pack of replacement filters through ******, and the issue happened again with a new filter. I changed to a third filter and now the water just gets stuck for hours without filtering down. Customer support is either unresponsive or just asks the same questions over and over; at this stage I just want a refund for all the time and money I've wasted and will be going with another brand.

      I returned 2 used filter cartridges to Zero Water recycling center in El Paso Tx via USPS at a mailing cost of $15. Two months later I had not received an email with 2 $10 coupons for the returns. I called customer service and was VERY rudely informed that without the USPS tracking code there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager and was put into someone’s voicemail. I briefly explained the situation and asked for a return call. I never got the requested call. Very shabby treatment of a long term customer.

      I bought a zero water filter after much research as to what would be best with my budget. My first filter lasted 3 months and the water was fantastic. I have been very pleased. I bought a 2 pack replacement and the filter I replaced it with barely lasted 3 weeks using the same amount of water and the same type of water. I contacted the company and they seems to shrug their shoulders and say they dont know why it did that it would not replace it because it wasnt defective. I argued that I felt it was considering it lasted such a short time. I am angry because I spent quite a bit of my money in this filter and if I wasted my money I will be extremely upset. I am willing to give it another try but do not want to buy more filters just for it to not work again. I am very upset and have not heard back from them after my request. I am asking for them to send me a replacement filter (ideally to replace the 2-pack I purchased).

      We will respond directly to the consumer and offer a 2 free replacements and ask them to track thier filter life and work with customer service directly.  We will ask **** (our customer service lead) to work with the customer to ensure satisfacton.

      hello! I do appreciate this so very much and I would love to work with your team to help figure out what is going on. I did hear from **** however he ordered only one filter. I was told I would receive two so maybe there was a miscommunication. I am very grateful for your quick response!
