We have had 3 projects done by Global Home Improvement. Ranging from windows to doors to exterior work. We have a very complex property. and they have been able to accommodate us at every project. From the signing of the agreement to completion of the project, they have been a very good company to work with. ********************** are hard working, and the project managers are present and available. Not absent like some companies. If there are additional costs and work to be done, they take pictures, inform us of whats needed, and provide the cost. Global Home Improvement did a fantastic job. The estimator came out, went over options and gave a price the next day. The installation department worked with us on getting it scheduled when we wanted them installed. The installers were very polite and clean. Had our windows hung and trimmed in time frame like they said they would. The follow-up after the install was great, they called to see how everything went. Every step of the process went smoothly! The salesperson was very thorough and answered all questions and showed samples. The installers were very professional and cleaned up as soon as they were done. We recently had 25 windows installed by Global Home Improvement and are thrilled with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth and professional. The representative was knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect windows for our home. The installation team was punctual, efficient, and meticulous, ensuring our home was protected throughout the process. The windows have significantly improved our home's insulation and energy efficiency, and they look fantastic.The quality of the windows and the craftsmanship of the installation exceeded our expectations. We've already noticed a reduction in our energy bills, and the enhanced appearance of our home is impressive. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Lied about the materials they were using. Hired subcontractors who ruined the Marvin window frames with nails, and did the flashing and insulation wrong and now I have water coming in my brand new windows! Water damage in my home from a window that is 1 week old. I've never seen such terrible workmanship in my life - I now have to replace all the windows they have installed, and opening a lawsuit again the company. The lifetime warranty is BS!!!! Scam artists! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
