Hello my name is ********* ****** myself and my Boyfriend ***************** was evicted from a property that this lawyer office represented in 2018. Since 2018 we have been trying to contact the lawyer office that represents the client who we were directed to speak to to resolve any old fees and get the judgment satisfied it has been several years that we have made email contacts phone contacts and no one returned our call. This situation is holding my family up to be able to move. We are wanting to move to a better neighborhood, For our children but unfortunately until this matter is solved. we cannot , I have left several attempts of numbers addresses email addresses I call they take my information and no one returns my calls I even got in contact with a lawyer named ****** from this business who asked me to forward her all the emails in which I have proof of to her to resolve the matter and after I've done that no return phone calls no returned email.Business response

We are a law office. ****** is not my customer, but is a person who we evicted. I have spoken to her at least 3 times since receiving this complaint. She has entered into a payment agreement and has agreed to repay her judgment.. she also agreed to withdraw this complaint. All of that said, she agreed to make her first payment of $450 last week, but did not do so. Any further questions, please feel free to contact me. Glenn R*****Customer response

I did receive a response back and I am working on a payment arrangement with them. I am just waiting on a certified letter.Business response

This is ridiculous. We never discussed any certified letter. In fact, I do not even know *******************'s address. The bottom line is *************** said she would send $450 last week and she didn't.Initial Complaint

Trying to come to a resolution and pay my invoice in full, keep receiving late fees which are to be credited to my account once paid in full. I am making extra payments (missed one) I call, email, No one ever has an answer. Im concerned Im being scammed especially since I am advising this office I plan to have this paid in full by the end of the month or early February.Customer response
