      Completed a research interview with M360 Research on November 4, 2022 for which I was promised $80 compensation. I have contacted M360 Research four times (3 emails, 1 phone call) since then, asking for this compensation and have not received a response or compensation.

      This company appears to be deceptive. You are invited to complete these surveys, and then you are denied compensation. And once you complain, you are directed to register an account, but then the site tells you that an account already exists for your email, even if you haven't created an account. So, in effect, you can't access your phantom account to access your phantom rewards. Classic catch-22 con.....

      M360 Research solicited my expert participation in two market research interviews regarding health. I participated in the two following projects for the agreed honoraria of $225 that consist of: completed 23rd AUG 2022 at 6:00 PM ET / 3:00 PM PT 20 minute for $65 Webcam interview completed 30th AUG 2022 at 12:00 PM CT / 10:00 AM CT for $160 for 120 minutes. I have received none of the above honoraria, despite my querying by email on 10-10-22 and again 10-17-22.

      Have not received surveys after June 8th. Have attempted to reach admin multiple times, however issue has still not resolved.

      I have completed a few of the surveys from this company. I have contacted them but no response. I have emailed them multiple times without any response back from them. I tried calling their phone number but no one answers the phone. Below are the survey ID with the amount of honorarium owed to me. Study ID : ******** for $600 Study ID: ************ for $60 Study ID : ******* for $600 Study ID: ******* for $40 study ID: ******* for $250 Study ID: ******* for $30 Study ID: ************ for $300 If you can help it would be greatly appreciated it.**

      M360 Research solicited my expert participation in three market research calls/interviews. I participated in the following projects for the agreed honoraria: Phone interview ****** completed 9-28-21, for $300. Phone interview ****** completed 11-11-21 for $300. Webcam interview ****** completed 12-2-21 for $475.I have received none of the above honoraria, despite my querying by email on 1-6-22 and again 2-6-22. M360 then asked me to submit the email invitations related to these completed studies, which I did on 2-10-22. There remain no honoraria available to redeem on my M360 login page.

      This survey company continues to solicit surveys from physicians, yet has stopped paying promised honoraria for many months. Furthermore they do not respond to emails to customer support, nor return voicemails

      At the time of filing the complaint, the respondent had 4 pending studies to be approved for the payment. As of December 10th, we first communicated with the respondent that one of the honoraria were still under process, then confirmed availability for redemption via email on Dec. 24th. Of the remaining two studies we communicated on 9th Jan that the other two studies are available for redemption . The final pending honoraria is still awaiting, the study is live.
