Purchase date June 12,2021. Approximate amount 15,000. Cabinets delivered October 30, 2021. When delivered all had wrong door style and pieces missing for lazy Susan, large pantry cabinet, garbage can installation pieces, wrong size island side, and glass for glass cabinet doors missing. When inspecting them further opened a door and the face feel off. Entire fronts of cabinets were separating. The pantry arrived weeks later and shelves wobbled due to under peg holes not drilled straight across. Shelves chipped badly. Glued shelves separating and shelves not cut straight. Everything about the $5,000 pantry was awful the shelves flipped out when pressure was put on them. Wood vernier peeling up and off center shelving. They said they would order new doors that was a month and a half ago and the lazy Susan still not done. Garbage can still not here yet. Their not communicating with us at all and so much is wrong. I ordered a custom line of cabinetry from Mountaineer Cabinetry in Fairmont WV., and I spoke to their rep and he was reluctant to tell me that they sent my unassembled cabinetry to F******** kitchen and bath to assemble. As explained earlier in my complaint there was A LOT of issues with these few cabinets that was sent. Very unacceptable considering I ordered customer cabinetry by Mountaineer Cabinetry based on their reputation. Instead I got custom cabinets by Steve F****** that is NOT repretable for his cabinets. And after MANY attempts by my contractor to get Steve F****** to remedy the situation, we are getting nothing in return from this guy. Like he doesn't want to deal with the mistakes he made. And as far as I'm concerned the beginning of the problem lies with Mountaineer Cabinetry for giving Steve my cabinets to assemble, with the Mountaineer cabinetry stamp in my cabinets. And the quality of the cabinets I had received so far, he should be embarrassed to even deliver them. And I gave my contractor $30,000 and this is what I'm getting. I need help!Business response

Myself, the cabinet manufacturer and the contractor all met at *** ********* ***** *he night of December 15, 2021 to correct all issues and remedy the situation. Both *** *** **** ******* were satisfied of the solution and process to correct the issues, they were given time frames as to when the remaining materials will arrive.
