I call Alan kunsman office march 2021 about my box gutter . No water was coming down the down downspout and water was running down the back of the gutter onto the side in front . Mr kunsman came and look at it he told me the gutter was clog and how comes it had 2 flaps infront and the red top metal was old . I told him I want the box gutter replace and that the water was running down the back of it onto the siding in front ( I also show him what I was talking about ) and that it was old . Mr kunsman told he can replace box gutter . He told me to replace box gutter . He is not going to remove the box gutter or cut any part of it. He is going to put board inside and rubber . I said I want it replace . He said that is how a box gutter is replace . I taught it was strange .so I mention again I wanted it replace and about the leak at the back going down the siding first worker came clean gutter 4/7/21 saw lots of holes . Next worker 6/3 /21 to replace box gutter . Worker cut top and bottom of gutter for drop in tube . Worker put either nail or screw at the bottom where drop in tube is at and nail or screw under flap along a section where drop in tube is at . The worker divide the top of box gutter in two the back is lower than the front . The water is settling at the front because there is no way for it to run into drop in tube. There is spots in the back where water is settling. Where the cut rubber meets the other piece of cut rubber water is going under it . Lots of bubbles under rubber . Where the drop tube is at pieces piece rubber .the worker put caulk at the side up top instead of the rubber which he was suppose to put on . It also looks like the worker put the insulation board on top because of the big lumps in rubber . I have a five years warranty. On the contract it stated replace box gutter across the front of house. I did not get that . Worker did not put insulation board all over the top . See where plates are at and I was holes all over .
