On Aug. 13, 2021 a contractor from Atlas Heating and Cooling came to my mother's house at ********************************************************. The ** drain pipe was clogged. The contractor unclogged the drain pipe and charged me $150.00 He stated that he did not have his wet vac with him to vacuum out the ** pan so there was still water in it. He said that if the pan did not dry out he would come back in a few days. The water did not evaporate so I called Atlas again to have him come back and finish the job. I specifically asked the woman scheduler if there would be a charge for him to come back since he did not have the wet vac with him initially. I was told there would not be an additional charge. On August 19, 2021 he came back out and charged me an additional $150 to finish the job. When I called to complain, I was told that these were two separate jobs and they would not honor what I was told. They refused to refund me the $150 for coming back out to complete the job. (Please note: Since I live 2 hours away, a neighbor paid both times and I reimbursed the neighbor for the $300).
