Outstanding service from *********************** and other Coventry associates. The process was long but they helped me through it.

1 am 69 years old and I contacted Coventry because I had heard their ads numerous times and had a 20 year $500K ******************* policy coming up for renewal. I had been paying $1,940 a year for 20 years and my new premium was increasing to $20,200 a year over 10 times what I had been paying yearly. Knowing we could not afford to continue the insurance as is I contacted Coventry. I worked with ********************* who was able to get me $12,500 for a policy we were not going to keep. I had also been working with ****** who initially offered $10K to purchase the policy, but **** told me he would work to counter their offer which he did, getting me an additional $2,500, 25% more than the Abacus offer. **** was great to work with and was always there to take a phone call, answer an email, and guide us through the process entire process. My wife is using the money we received from Coventry toward the purchase of a new car which is quite excited about. Additionally, selling the policy for $12,500 was like getting 1/3 of the $38,800 in premiums back that we had paid over the 20 years. I highly recommend using Coventry to sell your life insurance policy, and if the rest of the staff are as good as ****, you wont regret it either!

I was disappointed they didnt want my policy (apparently Im a bit too young for their adjusters) but the gentleman I dealt with was such a treasure I have to leave a very positive review! His name is ********************************* and you will likely never meet a kinder, more genuine human in this lifetime. We had several thoughtful and authentic conversations about life in general and his concern for my well-being seemed so real, I was extremely impressed with the time he took with me, even after they had decided not to proceed with my policy. You dont encounter that sort of customer service in the business world anymore and it was a refreshing pleasure to encounter it with Coventry.
