      Horrible customer service. Unable to get anything but an automated response from customer service email, chat, and have been on hold for over an hour on phone.

      Im using this address because there was no way to complain about nutrisystem.com. I had questions so I went to chat. The first agent didn't even read my question. And asked me if I was trying to find information about something not remotely related to my question. After explaining to him several times, he had no idea what it was asking so he simply transferred me to another department to have my question answered.The second agent couldn't answer my question and simply left the chat after being gone for several minutes.I decided to call customer service to complain, i've now been on hold for 42 minutes. They play this message every 5 minutes that they are experiencing high volume of calls. Well, they don't know that I have the time to just leave the call connected until they close or answer first. No customer service center has THAT MANY CALLS. So, I won't be using their services any more.I have to stay 2 months because I joined a sale. If I cancel before the 2 months, I will have to pay $150 which is the difference between the original price and the sale price. That's the only reason I will order my second time. Well, I've been waiting for a customer rep for almost and hour now which is just the poorest customer service. They probably just figure people hang up.

      I had previously used Nutrisystem and wanted to try it again. I signed up and received my first months of food. I was not happy with the quality of the food. The price for the program is very expensive and the food quality does not reflect that. I cancelled my plan online prior to my 2nd shipment even shipping. The next day my credit card was charged $125. I found out that Nutrisystem REQUIRES you to get two shipments of autodelivery or they charge the $125 cancellation fee. This is noted in very fine print (which no one EVER reads) at the bottom of the checkout page. I have found several complaints on the BBB site about this fee. I feel this company counts on no one reading that fine print so they can extort that fee. This is an unacceptable business practice. After so many complaints they should make a change. So noted Nutrisystem. I will never sign up for you again and if anyone ever asks me about your product and service, I will tell them not to use you.

      Nutrisystem doesnt honor promotion. When I realized problem over charge, I spent over an hour trying to contact Nutrisystem with no response from CHAT, email (returned undeliverable), nor able to get through robot on phone, no agent to talk to. Today agent says they dont give refunds on prepaid orderscant order any other way except to prepay, and he wasnt aware of AUGUSTSALE promo which was on TV and home page of nutrisystem website the day I made the mistake of ordering. They wont cancel future shipments and refund. They are like bait and switch. I will never use again

      I have been using Nutrisystem meal plans since last October. While convenient, the food isnt really that great. But that isnt my complaint. Having reached a weight that I am happy with, and being bored of the food, I want to cancel. But I cant. I have tried calling a few times, only to get nowhere. I have sat on hold. More annoyingly, I have called during your posted customer service hours, and been told I was calling outside of those hours and then automatically disconnected. I am sending this company a letter requesting cancellation as that is my only option left and I am ten days away from them sending and billing for the next shipment that I DO NOT WANT. Do not use this company -- just another non-customer-friendly entity that will make it easy to sign up and impossible to get out of.

      E-mails sent to customer about discounts and coupons. These coupons are not valid for current customers. There is nothing stating this in the advertisement. It only says invalid once you are at the final check-out. Total waste of time and loss of original deposit.

      I called Nutrisystem to cancel my plan and I got the cancellation email but they sent me an order anyway and charged my credit card. I called again about the order and they said I didnt cancel in time that it was already in process. It came one week later so I guess it takes 6 days to fill? Really??!!! I will never use them again and advise anyone else to not use this company!

      I will never use Nutrisystem again. I initiated a chat to cancel my subscription and all future orders. After ignoring my requests by asking about my weight loss plans, they finally agreed to start the process. They said I have successfully cancelled your plan. And proceeded to say bye. I asked an additional question about whether my credit card info was deleted and only then did they respond with the following: Your plan is cancelled. But your advantage plan is still active that you will need to delete from your side.It is clearly evident this company uses deceptive practices, including outright lying, to continue to charge people who have made a good faith effort to cancel their plans and orders.

      I talked to Nutrisystem and canceled their services due to my financial situation. They offered me a discount, but I informed them due to my financial situation due to my dads fight with cancer I couldnt continue. Four months after I cancelled them and 4 months after I received any services from them they charged my credit card. I disputed the charge and they said I still owe them. I would encourage anyone to never buy any of their products and services.
