              This company has never kept up in their end on the lease. The steps outside our porch are against code in the borough. I fell, rolled my ankle, and my foot went through the wood in October. The landlord has never fix these steps that is a hazard. When we moved in, it states in the lease that a fire extinguisher is provided in every unit which we never had one. I understand that this is against fire code in Pa. The oven in the unit caught on fire three times and did not have an extinguisher to put it out. Also it states in the lease that we have two spots for our cars. This is not true since we do not have any parking spots and have to park on the street. We stated all these issues in email, phone, as well as text message. They never want to address our concerns with these hazards and how they never kept up in their end with the lease. A second person fell on the stairs that it has been three months since they know about this hazard. As well as our porch pole not being contacted to the porch. We have already contacted the code person in the borough. I am concerned about my own safety.
