purchases 2012 ***** ******** 9/16/2021 with 90 day warranty, we had issue that needed repaired a week prior to 12/16/21 which we called, emailed the dealership and emailed twice the General manager, we live an hour away, at 1st ***** said he'd have some1 come an pickup vehicle and have it repaired, we waited 2 days only to be called by service manger to say it wasn't covered, the part we were told is $125.00 and 2 hours to fix it, now we waited 2 days and suddenly its not covered when we were told it had a 90 day warranty, this is very poor service, we been w/o a vehicle an addtional 2days, waiting on a pick up of our vehicle that wasn't going to happen, how did we go from ***** saying he'd make it right and have it picked up to the service manager saying it won't be covered? All we want is this made right, its under the 90 days and we have only made 2 payments on the vehicle, its a smaller dollar repair and they should do what's right and fix it since we email called etc w/in the 90 days
