    On April 5, 2022 I paid $33.00 for a tour of the Haunted Museum of Objects that was supposed to occur on April 30, 2022 at 3pm. We arrived early for our tour but the door was locked and we could not even enter the museum despite having already paid. The address listed on their website is NOT the real address. I arrived EARLY for my tour only to find that there was no museum. I called the number on the website because I thought that my GPS had brought me to the wrong location. I began walking up and down the street trying to find the museum. I called the owner and she gave me walking directions from where I was standing. I tried to enter the museum but the door was locked and all lights were off. I called the same number back and was told that the door was unlocked and I could go inside. I tried the door again, pushing and pulling the knob and knocking on the door...nothing. I tried the door marked office nothing. I called the owner back insisting that the door was locked. She said that she would call the museum guide to come unlock the door. It was still a few minutes before 3pm which was the time I reserved when I pre-paid. My party of 3 waited outside the museum for the guide to come. No one ever showed up. We got in touch with the owner again only to be told that it was now passed 3 and we could join the tour because it had already started and the museum door was now locked. I asked for a refund but the owner refused. Instead of apologizing she tried to blame us for HER MISTAKE. After we left, I received a phone call from her promising to issue a full refund. I put the phone on speaker and the entire group heard the owner promise a refund. I agreed to the refund but then the owner started gaslighting us and being extreme hostile and rude. I stated "All we need is a refund there is nothing to argue about". We began our 6 hour drive home when we received a text message stating that now we were not going to get our refund because we were "rude".
