Since April 2021, we have paid a total of 914.01 to hold spots for our two children at daycare. We made this agreement before leaving the state for 6 months. Upon returning to Pennsylvania we were notified the Renfrew branch of the daycare was closing permanently in two weeks. One of my children came to that center for childcare for 7 days before the center closed. I am aware that a portion of that fee was credited to our account for tuition for these final days before closing. However the agreement was to pay the deposits to have childcare when we returned to PA, and 7 days of daycare does not satisfy this agreement. Therefore, I want the remainder of that deposit refunded to us. I contacted the business on October 25 but never got a response.Customer response
