I had contracted with Adler tree service and landscaping to provide landscaping service for my home. Te agreement was for them to come as often as needed and in some periods weekly so as to maintain the property. Unfortunately they did not come regularly and when they came they would only do part of the lawn either the front or the back but NEVER the whole lawn as whe had agreed upon. I tried to contact them several times but would only get the answering service. IWhen I once was at the residence when they showed up i insisted that i talk to a manager, I finally received a called back from CHIP REYNOLDS who apologized and assured me that it will be rectified. Now for the last several month i have been calling and have been given the run around by their answering service who i informed if this was not to be rectified i do not want this service. No body has answered me back and i keep getting bills that they are proving a weekly I EMAILED THEM THAT I CAN PROVIDE THE FOOTAGE FROM THE SECURITY CAMERA ON THE DAYS THAT THEY CALIM THAT THEY PROVIDED THE AGREED UPON SERVICE NOBODY HAS ANSWERED ME BACK AND I KEEP RECEIVIING BILLS THAT THEY ARE PROVIDING A WEEKLY SERVICE. I EMAILED THEM THAT I CAN PROVIDE THE FOOTAGE FROM THE SECURITY CAMERA ON THE DAYS THAT THEY CALIM THAT THEY PROVIDED THE AGREED UPON SERVICE

I cannot attach the last email correspondence between *** ******* and I for some reason, so I copy and pasted it here.  You will see Mr.'s comments and my responses after.  I ******* ******** (Chip) am the General Manager.  Chris is the account manager for the customer.  Since this email correspondence Chris has called numerous times and have not gotten an answer, voice mailbox is still full, and Mr. does not call back.  Preciously when Chris called, Mr. would answer the phone with a "Hello Chris."  So Mr. has Chris' direct cell phone number saved.  I'm not sure what the resolution is but we absolutely performed all services we were hired to do.  Which was Lawn mowing and Lawn Fertilization.  After each lawn mowing Chris or myself inspected the property to insure everything was done properly. If the lawn wasn't being cut it would have been 2 feet tall and I can assure you it is not.  Mr. called Chris in November for a quote on getting his irrigation system repaired and set up a meeting, unfortunately we had to cancel but rescheduled immediately for the following week with Mr but he unfortunately did not show up.  Chris is eagerly awaiting his phone call to remedy the situation.

I had communicated with you and asked that someone call me several times.

We have called numerous times and received a full voicemail box response.  We had an appointment to meet with you November 15th and you were not home and available.  We saw your wife and one child.  Your oldest child answered the door and explained you were not home.  We called numerous times after that to set up another appointment or at least a phone conversation, but again only received a voicemail box is full response.

Your employees are not doing what they are supposed to do

My understanding was that you and Chris discussed and figured this out.

WHEN they come they only pass the mowers over a portion of the front grass and do not do the sides or the back.

Chris will have to meet you to go over the areas.

They do not clean the leaves from the lawn

Leaves are a separate service that you did not sign up for.

I have told this to your answering service several times and told them that this is not what we agreed upon

I have called several times and asked for someone to call me back

We have called numerous times and received a full voicemail box response.

If you claim you have performed service please provide me with the dates Nd times and I will provide you with the video monitoring for those dates and times.

Below you will see the dates of when the lawn was mowed.   We don’t track specific times only days.

Please note that you have not performed these services and o have called several times and you are ignoring my calls and not calling me back.

We have called numerous times and received a full voicemail box response.

I asked for a complaint email or a direct phone and was informed that was not available.

My understanding is that you and Chris have each other’s direct cell phone numbers.

      Thank you

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

I have security cameras around the house that record and had informed the d=business about them and had informed them in detail what was recorded.

If you seen in the attached image the lawn is completely covered with leaves and has not been touched for a while, there are two cameras that record if anyone’s goes to the back and three cameras for the rest.

The Times that they do come is only for a few minutes and for a portion of the ;lawn, spring cleaning they have not done.

I an the one who has been calling in vain, when the answering service respond they insist that they can not provide any direct phone or email, the office phone just ask me to hold and hang up.

My suggestion is that first of all provide a working email so that the message trail can be tracked and documented.

      1) Provide a working email that i can document my correspondence.

      2) Provide me with the dates and times that they claim that they did service on my property and we can compare those with the surveillance system.

      3) Do the leave cleaning that they had promised otherwise i will bring another contractor to do the job and deduct that from whatever balance we have.

      4) Not to come to my property unless this is resolved and after that if they are to come, they email me in advance and when they leave email with the time they left and we compare that with the video recordings

      Regards,

I accepted Adler's Proposal to remove dead, conflicting and broken limbs from my storm damaged oak tree on 7-26-21. Arborist J**** **** advised me the work needs to be done when the tree is dormant (Oct-Feb). Adler's chipper truck wheels spun on the 6" snow churning up the gravel in my driveway on 1-26-22. The crew left without cleaning up the debris. J**** **** said to call him when the snow is melted and he will have the debris and driveway cleaned up. Nobody arrived until the first part of March. Two workers had no tools for cleanup saying they are only to observe. When they saw the mess they blew the debris to the base of the oak tree. One man told me that there are a lot of dead limbs and J**** **** would come out and inspect the tree. J**** **** told me he had not been informed but would be out and would let me know. I heard nothing. The oak tree has dropped dead limbs making the worker correct in that there are dead limbs that were not removed. Adler Tree Service breached the contract!!!!

      ************ * ******** ******* *

Adler Tree Service would like to respond to the ********* * ** * ******** * that was made on
3/21/2022 by ****** ******* in reference to the work that was done on 1/26/2022.
When we originally showed up to do the work for *** ******** there was still snow on the ground, but
we knew we had a certain window of opportunity to get this OAK Tree taken care of because of the
winter weather and necessary timing. Oak Trees must be trimmed during the winter season to avoid
      disease (Oak Wilt).

The events that *** ******* explained in his statement are pretty accurate and not a normal standard
for us here at Adler Tree Service. The snow definitely played a strong part in the fact that we had to
come back multiple times. However, we did go back and clean-up the work as well as completed the
tree trimming as per the contract. We feel that in the end, we gave more service than described in our
      original contract.

In fact, after going back and taking care of all of the contracted work that was needed, we also gave *** ******* a free fertilizer treatment for his Oak Tree. We understand that it took multiple times to
complete this job, ( Frustrating for sure ) that is why we went beyond our contractual obligation that
was originally billed. To date *** ********* bill is outstanding.
Adler Tree Service will gladly meet a Representative from the BBB at the job site and go over everythingt hat was completed.

      Sincerely,
      Adler Tree Service
