I receive incessant calls from them daily. I have asked multiple times to be removed from their call list. Last time I did the gentleman on the other end of the line told me " your the last survey of the day just do it". Please remove me and do not call me again

Thank you for notifying us of the complaint that was recently submitted to the BBB.

Please know SSRS is not a telemarketing firm and largely conducts academic and social science research of current events and public opinion.  We call people via a purely random generation of phone numbers, and as such call anonymously and confidentially.  It is typical that we make phone attempts for just a few days and then we discard all numbers.

The national DNC registry is designed to prevent telemarketing companies and other companies trying to sell goods and services from calling.  As a research company we do not legally fall under the national DNC registry, but we absolutely honor any requests to not be called again and maintain our own DNC list for such purposes. We focus a great deal of attention on interviewer training to ensure that they are always cordial and professional, and that they will immediately put someone on our internal DNC list when requested.  As such, we take this encounter very seriously and will follow-up internally on the matter, and we apologize for your experience.

I want to assure you that the telephone number provided to the BBB, **************, has been placed on our do not call list and you should not be called again. I apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.

      Thank You.

I've received numerous letters from them to do a survey with them. I have multiple people over age 18 that live with me and not a single one of us want to do it. I'm not calling so you can gain access to my phone number nor will the others. It's nice you're using the postal system but stop spam lettering people!

This company knows the law, but they also know that legal does not equal right.I have repeatedly asked them to not send me their unsolicited spam. I do not want to participate in their study. I do not want their cash. I do want them to cease their annoying practices.Learn that when someone says take me off of your mailing list and cease all contact that means take me off of your mailing list and cease all contact. You are not going to get me to participate in your nonsense by annoying me.Now kindly go out of business and do real work to provide for the people foolish enough to voluntarily associate with you. Stop annoying others.

SSRS will literally NOT stop calling my phone. They've called me 4 times in the past week and will not stop. I've stated I'm not interested in their survey and it still continues. I wish they'd remove me from their list!!! I'm busy enough at work and don't have time to be answering dumb calls that have nothing to do with me.

I am on the "do not call registry" but still receive up to `10 calls per day from numbers located throughout the country. No messages are left and in some instances the same firm/entity calls daily. One of these calls is from a firm named "SSRS" (************). While most of the daily calls are on Monday - Friday, (at all hours of the day which I don't learn about until I arrive home from work) SSRS called yesterday (Saturday) and today (Sunday 10/2). I would like to report this nuisance calling. ***.

Ssrs calls me repeatedly. I asked to be taken off the list, they just hang up on me. Then call back, repeatedly. Do we have any rights left in this country? Not rights in a statute, but rights we can enforce? I'm tired of robocalls and the like committing criminal acts. Its telephone harassment, a crime. Why are they given carte blanche to do it while private citizens are charged? They call daily. It must stop. Not just mine, but all who tell them to cease.
