This business is a scam. They offer immediate cash for completing a 10 minute survey; which never happens. They used the US ************** sending thousands of postcards out to gullible seniors. Then they sell the information gleamed from the survey to many willing telemarketers. I know. because my unknown caller volume and junk e-mails have skyrocketed over the last four weeks. I am also filing a complaint with the ** State ************************* about SSRS's practices.

Hello ********************, please know that SSRS is a Market Research company, and we have no affiliation with any telemarketing activities/businesses. We conduct public opinion surveys, and all information collected is held in the strictest confidence and never shared with anyone from outside of our company. For the surveys we conduct, we sometimes offer incentives to respondents for completing an individual survey. Our records indicate that you completed two such surveys, one on 3/25/24 and another on 5/15, and I believe you received a gift card for each of those completed surveys. Questioner was very patient and clear. She explained all the questions completely and was willing to repeat any time I misunderstood the question. I enjoyed taking the questions and thinking about them. I believe they are trying to find out how the general public feels about things going on in our great nation. I am always happy to give my opinion....on anything! :)Review from Alex H

Two surveys completed so far and still no compensation. After completing the first survey, I am told I will receive $15 gift card 'immediately'. I never got it. When I call, no one picks up. I emailed. No one answered. I got a follow-up email with a separate $25 survey. I figure I will complete it and see if I get a reply. I completed the survey and this time I am told I will get a gift card code 'in 48 hours'. Never got it. Judging from the reviews here as well as on other platforms, this business is ready to provide many excuses, usually about some sort of 'glitch'. If this problem has been happening for many months and in fact for years (do your own search to see what others say) it is probably not a 'glitch' but a systemic problem with the company. No one ever picks up the phone, nor calls back. They also do not answer emails. Rather than giving excuses, fix the problem. Just my two cents here. Just my opinion.SSRS Response

According to our records, both incentives ($15 and $25) were received/claimed by the respondent on February 10. The respondent indicated they tried to reach us via email and by phone regarding this matter, but after an exhaustive search through our respondent communications, we were unable to locate any communication from this person.Review from John N

SSRS sent me a nice letter in the mail with a $1 bill. They promised a $10 electronic gift card immediately upon completing a specific survey. After completing the survey, the system asked for an e-mail to send the gift card to which I provided. I was then invited to join the panel for an additional $10 electronic gift card. I diligently filled out all the membership pages. After all that, I checked my e-mail ... NOTHING. Not even an acknowledgement. I contacted the company through their website and they claim that my e-mail is nowhere in their system. From my standpoint, they got my survey results, they got my personal information and I got the dollar that came with the invitation (which I could have just kept). Very suspect. Be wary.SSRS Response

They have been calling my wife non-stop for two days straight. My wife and I are on the do not call registry, so no clue where they got her number. When I called back and tried to ask them to take her off their call list, I was hung up on. Very poor company. Very poor customer service. And very poor employee attitude. SSRS will respond with the typical corporate BS about being a survey company. Survey companies don’t harass people for nearly 48 hours non-stop. Piss off.Review from RAMON M

They call me yesterday at 10:03pm at night and I explained the Lady that here in Florida is illegal to call that late(as per lawyer advise). Also requested her to remove me out of their list. The next day I got another call 12:01pm, this time a Gentlemen. I ask him to stay on the phone because I was in the middle of something, but after a few moments (1min 39secs), he hang-up the call. This is an advertisement related company, no matter how they want to try to disguise it. They only have complains and I can not believe they have an A+ rating 4/5 Stars. I basically block them at this point, but if they attempt to go around, I'll probably follow with some legal action. I hope this review helps. This company called asking for information at 10:10PM to ask supposedly about survey for the economy but will not respond to what company they are gathering information with, which includes private information. And they get frustrated when you say you won't answer those questions.
