            Inspector came out to inspect my electrical box and told me and I had to do was secure these two wires to get a letter that everything was fine and left the sticker. On December 7th I sent over the picture of the wire being secured and I was told I would receive my letter shortly. I followed back on the 9th and was told they sent it but would have it sent again. I did not get it so I called and the boss says that there was some out he would list on my letter that I didn't have to get done. I asked why he didn't tell me or write this when he first came or even weeks later or after I was told I was getting a letter. I told him I was going to give him a bad review. When I did he now will not give me a letter and threatening all of these false things.

            I called State Inspection Authority because I needed an underwriters certificate. I worked with Rick. He came out and we didn't pass, but he gave us all the info of what we needed to get addressed. We asked if he had any recommendations and he gave us a couple of electricians. We picked the one that best served our needs and most reasonable. The electrician addressed everything for us. Then Rick came back out and we passed. Rick was so helpful throughout the whole process even when the electrician had questions on a weekend, he made himself available to answer them. Even when the electric company needed me to do the meter application, I called Rick and he walked me through the whole application step by step. Thank you Rick from State Inspection Authority for all your help and support.
