I just financed a used **** ****** not even a week of having the vehicle my engine light comes on come to find out the Catalytic converter and a air sensor is the problem my warranty doesn't cover any of these issues they are telling me no the dealer telling its not there problem I have even made a payment yet and they Expect me to pay for the repairs myself I don't believe this is fair at all could you help meBusiness response

We are responding in reference to complaint ID ******** ***********************
Prior to the finalization of the deal for the **** ****** we let ************* thoroughly inspect the vehicle , exterior , interior and a test drive and along with anything else he may have been concerned with , after he drive and look over the vehicle he decided he like the vehicle but had a payment restraint , so to match his payment we took over a $1000 off the vehicle price , we explained to him everything and he comprehended the terms as-is which we have a copy as well . Also all around our office we have "All Sales Final , No returns , no refunds , no exchanges" which ************* seen and asked about several times which our salesman explained to him the meaning . We explained what the warranty covers and what it doesn't , the warranty is through finance company and there is no dealer warranty . We would also like to add the way ************* spoke over the phone in a very disrespectful manner , raising his voice and also harassing the salesman over text messages to his personal phone number . This type of behavior along with his constant threats of lawyering up and filing complaints we no longer felt this matter could be resolved formally .
