Everytime I take my car to them, I'm being charged 2000 dollars plus. And when I receive my car it never feels right. I take it back and it's something else, another 2000 or more dollars. And it's not like I take my car back months later it's literally weeks later. Just sick of it.Review from Evan L

The sales reps and people from the service department are disrespectful and unprofessional. They catch attitudes with customers that go to them for services and don’t respect their own employees. Poor management is a big problem at this dealership. The complaints about this dealership is an injustice to the customers and a toxic environment for employees. No one should have to deal with employees spreading inappropriate gossip about other employees. No one should have to deal with hostile management. No customer should not have to deal with mean and nasty staff just because they are having personal issues. This is not a good place to buy a car nor work at.Review from Dennis P

I took my car to their dealership yesterday for an oil change. After the car was done I drove In their lot and notice it making a noise when I turned the steering wheel. I took it back and was told it’s not anything they did ,I complained to Ed the manager he said he would take care of it.I was told that when the car was on the lift ,the front strut tighten up that’s why there’s a noise. Which doesn’t make any sense,I worked 35 yrs as a machinist and have a mechanical background and doesn’t make sense.I was also told I’m trying to get something for nothing. It didn’t make a noise when it dropped ,the lot guys tell them that. I was also told that it will probably stop on the way home,it didn’t. I’m a 72 yr old disabled Viet Nam vet ,and I don’t like being talked to like a kid.Review from Juan Carlos D

On 02/07/2022 I purchased a used car with about 44,000 miles from Sloane Honda. A few months later the car started making jerking movement. Took the car in where they said the had to flush the transmission. A day or two later I had a oil stain on my driveway. Went to Sloane, since they had just worked out the car and they wouldn’t see me this was Saturday they said I had to make and appointment. The earliest they had was for that Thursday. Drove down to a near by mechanic shop where the mechanic called me over to show me that the oil stick was missing and car had been overfilled with too much oil. I went back to Sloane, demanded to be seen. After sometime, someone took the car in fix the problem and even gave me a complementary car was for the inconvenience. On 09/2022 the car started making jerking movement AGAIN! Called Sloane they said they would work on car but will charge. Decided to go to Piazza Honda, they looked at my account and informed me that I still have warranty. They looked at car. The problem was transmission. It would all cost anywhere from $3,000- $6,000. They advised I go back to Sloane. Manager at Piazza called Sloane manager Brett, explained the situation and Brett said that he would pay $300. I decided to allow Piazza to work on the car. I would pay for everything out of pocket but I let Sloane know that I would be taking them to court and would report them with the BBB. Next day got a call from GM himself Brett, he told me we didn’t need to take it there and that if it was ok with me he would like to send a tow truck to Piazza to have the car taken to Sloane where they would work on the car at no cost. I agree. They didn’t replace transmission for they assured me it only needed to get ANOTHER flush. Car was fine for a few months. Car is now making the jerking movement again. I am now out of warranty, Sloane won’t help me. I believe the sold me a lemon. They most likely knew the car had this problem And I don’t know what to do.Review from Cecily S

Beware of practices of Sloane Toyota! I am a young women who had recently visited Sloane Toyota of Philadelphia. When I purchased a vehicle from them last year, I was given 5 free maintenance visits. I drove 1 hour to get to Sloane for my free maintenance visit which was just supposed to be a quick, free oil change and with my car having no prior issues. I waited for hours in the service department and when I finally received assistance from Al and Ray, I was told that my radiator hose was cracked and leaking fluid all over the place. I had asked why that was touched to begin with, and why it was suddenly leaking a huge puddle under the car. I was met with uncertainty and given a rental. I then drove another hour back to work and when I finally got there, I was called by Sloane and was told it would cost over $400 to fix. I told them not to do anything, drove all the way back to the dealership, picked up my car and took it to my personal mechanic. My mechanic said it looks like somebody messed with the part and he’ll fix it easily and for free.Review from Joe P.

Horrible. My 85 year old mother dropped car off for inspection on Sept. 27, 2021. They told her 2 hours. Drove her to nursing home to see my dad. She was there 5 hours. Called Sloan several times to see what was going on with car. Got run-a-round 3 times. Put on hold. No one got on. After 5 hours and asking to speak to manager twice, finally got someone. They said they could not inspect car to to headlight not working. No one ever called her to let her know this information. They just kept her waiting all day. They told her they are keeping the car since they did not have the part. They picked her up at nursing home and drove her home. Why they did not suggest her getting the car and bringing it back for the sticker is beyond me. Now she is without a car. Had doctor appointments she now has to cance. I called dealership tonight to ask to speak to General Manager. Jeff L***. I called at 5:30. Left voice mail. Called again at 6:00 p.m.. He was paged. Still no luck speaking to him. I guess this dealership likes to take advantage of older women. Have tried for an hour to get general manager at the dealership. Can't get anyone to call me back.Review from Marilyn T

Just awful customer service, both from Sloan Toyota of Malvern, PA and Toyota USA. Keep getting delays and run- arounds from both. Promises to call back and never do. Will never get another Toyota or deal with this company.Review from Jeffrey S

I have been buying cars for over 40 years.....I have never seem a more inept company. Josh, the sales manager, has been more than frustrating He is good at passing the problem to the next guy....the General Manager doesn't return the first or the second call.....I can't wait to see how bad the service department is....I am sure they too will disappoint.
