1/10 technician came and fixed an issue with my furnace boiler not working. Drained the full line and replaced the oil filter.1/18 due to errors made by previous technician, I noticed the furnace began leaking oil in my basement. Another technician came from the same company and attempted to fix the issue. I was informed by that technician that the issue was caused by an error from the previous technician, stating how it was their fault. He explained that after the previous technician drained the fuel line, he did not properly reattach the fuel line, which caused the leak and air to go into the line, which in turn damaged the fuel pump and the burner. He did not have the proper parts to make full repair at that time.1/19 same technician as 1/18 came and finished the repair. Replaced the damaged fuel pump and burner.1/29 I receive an almost $700 bill for service for repairing an issue they caused and acknowledged they caused. They refuse to void the bill and demand I pay the balance for their malpractice.
