We are in receipt of your letter concerning the ID #16945437.
Joshua Gildea did come into the Carol Harris Staffing office located in Youngwood, PA.
Carol Harris Staffing does not request or allow applicants to access their personal emails utilizing the business computers in our offices.
Carol Harris Staffing DID NOT request Joshua to access his personal email account via our business computer.
As a company, we have specific electronic compliance, data protection policies, procedures and security safeguards in effect.
In an effort to protect our business, applicants and clients' sensitive, confidential information and data, allowing an applicant to open their personal emails could present a damaging breach to our computer systems. Therefore, it is not requested nor allowed. Joshua's allegation is FALSE.
Carol Harris Staffing DOES NOT automatically exclude or ban an applicant with a criminal record from utilizing our staffing agency to gain employment.
Carol Harris Staffing may only consider felony and misdemeanor convictions to the extent that they relate to the suitability of employment and if it directly relates to or has a direct bearing on the applicant's ability to do a job they are being considered for,We appreciate and support the efforts of the BBB, Thank you for the information and feedback.
