I never signed a title transfer of ownership for my mobile home at **** ******** ***** **** **** *********** ** ***** and have been WAITING TWO AND A HALF YEARS to get the title. I hereby gave notice on 6/01/2022 to vacate home and property at Rolling Hills MHP by 6/30/2022. I am tired of waiting for parks owners to get me the title of ownership document and no longer want it. I have repeatedly asked for the title to my mobile home from ********** ***, ****** **** and Rolling Hills MHP located at **** ******** ****, several times between 2020 to 2022 and it was never provided. I have given parks several owners enough time to provide me with the title and I will no longer wait. I have been patient enough. Therefore according state law there is no legal document to state that I legally own mobile home on **** *** ******* ** **** ******** **** ************* *****. Without a signed title it must be treated as a rental and my purchase of mobile home refunded to me due to suspicious fraudulent circumstances of parks past and present owners. I am requesting money I paid to purchase mobile home be refunded to me due to state laws regarding title transfer of ownership continue to be broken by parks past and current owners. Pennsylvania state law specifically states transfer of title of ownership must take place at the time purchase is completed and title must be signed by buyer and seller and this never happened. I do not want the title any longer so please refund the money I paid for the purchase in the amount of $9800.00 for the mobile home minus $420.00 for security deposit. I will return keys to office after I have fully vacated mobile home and property. I will not pay any further lot rent, water, sewage or trash pick up service and fees after 6/30/2022, as past lease with ****** **** expired on February 28, 2022 and no new lease has been submitted for me to sign and therefore I am under no obligation to continue to pay lot rent and utilities after 6/30/22.
