We started engaging with ************************* from Cassio builder in January of 2021 and like the other people who have been a victim of his wrong doings, he is a person of words who will try and charm you through by giving false promises and a front loaded contract. Going with him to build our home was the single biggest mistake we made and are now bearing the consequences for it. He is good with spinning stories to make is appear like it is the client fault, while he will never communicate and provide any status or go lengths to avoid your calls under the pretext of being a builder and not someone who is sitting behind a desk to answer calls. Our biggest mistake was trusting him and letting him deceive us through the process. It is only when we saw no work being done on the house and a demand for more money, when we had already paid out over 70% of our contractual agreement with only 35% of the work being done is when we stopped. It has been a year since the work started on my house and his and his crew probably spent 2-3 months in all at the house. We have suffered a great deal of mental, physical and financial hardships thanks to ***** and Cassio Builders. I would stay away at any cost from ***** and his company. He completely abandoned my project under the pretext of unpaid invoices and did not care as he had already made majority of the money from the project. Even if he wanted he could not complete the project for the balance due, majority of which was allowances.He has had and currently having legal issues with many clients he has started to build homes for including his affiliates and an ex-partner, who had his trailers and heavy equipment removed from my property due to unpaid dues! While ***************** be sound in terms his knowledge for building homes, he has no honesty, sense of accountability, courtesy among many other things. Anyone reading this should never go through what we and many others I know have gone through in the past 2 years.
