I purchased this vehicle from ************************* (Car Salesman) and ************************* (Owner of business) on 10-2-23 at Buy Right Auto Sales located in **************. ************************* told me i would receive my registration in the mail within 1-3 months. I was issued a pink slip and a temp tag at the time until the registration came in the mail and on January 2nd,2024 my pink slip expired and the dealership (Buy Right Auto Sales) issued me a second pink slip that expires on 3-30-24, and i did not receive another temp tag. They told me ******* is behind and that was the reason I did not receive the registration yet. I called the department of transportation in PA on 1-31-2023. I asked the Agent to look up the Vin to see what the hold up was. When the agent looked up my Vin for the ************************************************************************************************************ order for the registration to be processed on there end. I recently met with ************************* on 2-3-24 at 10:30 am at the dealership and she stated she filed paperwork on 10-22-23 (20 days after i purchased the vehicle.) Still to this day ******* is stating no paperwork has been filed. The agent told me to contact an attorney if the dealership is not willing to help. I also contacted the loan provider (Credit Acceptance) on 1-31-24 and asked them if I could have the title number in order for me to go to the *** and have a duplicate registration printed. The title department agent said that the dealership had not sent them any information regarding the title and that they have been trying to contact the dealership to see what is going on. I spoke with credit acceptance again on 2-1-24 and the agent told me they were still not able to contact the dealership. At this point i am unsure if the dealership ever filed the paperwork regarding the title/registration.
