      On December 22,2022 I placed an online order in the amount of $129.67 with an estimated shipping date ofJanuary 9,2023. I have left several emails that all have been ignored. I called several time and there is no customer service. You will always get a voice mail message which I have left several with no calls back. I reached out on Instagram message no response and on their website the automated chat with no response. I have not receive order or any reply and the date is April 28, 2023. Worst part is they advertised part of the proceeds to go to charity. Customer service is non existent. I want my items or my money back. Thank you

      On December 21, 2022, I placed an online order for several items totaling $144.67. The items were never shipped. I sent a follow-up email on January 29, 2023 to [email protected] and received a response on January 31, 2023 that they were sorry for the delay and lack of communication. I was told via email that my order would be shipped that week via UPS and I would receive tracking information. That never happened. Now they are no longer responding to emails and phone calls go straight to voice mail--with no reply. I would like my order to be filled or receive a full refund. Order Number #*******.

      I ordered 3 t-shits and 3 mugs from this company on December 21, 2023. They took my money and promised delivery by January 6. To date, we have received NOTHING. No correspondence and no merchandise. I called, but they did not return my messages. I messaged via Facebook page on Jan 23. They asked for my order information and said they had labor shortages and increased demand. I gave them the information, but the never wrote back (per the messages, they did read it). I would like to receive our ordered products and in excellent/new condition.

      I wanted to update you that I just heard back from Ithen USA from my Facebook message. They explained that the mugs were on backorder and what was holding up the shipment. They said they would ship this week and believe they can ship both the mugs and the t-shirts but at least the t-shirts will be sent. I now have a contact name and number. I will keep you posted on receiving this order, but this is a good update. Also, I told the gentleman who called that I had filed a complaint before I heard from him so he would know when they hear from you. Thank you again.

      I ordered two football jersey's on November 12th 2022 (total of ~$80) and was told that the estimated delivery date would be a few weeks later in late November. In mid-December, after not receiving my items and not hearing from the company, I reached out to ask for an update and received no response. In early January I reached out again and this time received a follow up call telling me the items I had purchased were out of stock and asking if I would like to substitute them for other jersey's. I was given no explanation as to why I had not been informed of this at the time of ordering or after reaching out previously. We agreed on another version of the jersey to be sent to me and I was told it would arrive in a few weeks, but after that call I again received no update. No confirmation of the change or that the order, no tracking number, and obviously no packages with my purchased items. I reached out yet again in early February to ask for an update, and no response. One last follow up on February 9th asked for a tracking number or refund to be sent as I was tired of waiting and receiving no response. Of course, yet again, no response. I'm surprised a company would be so blatant in scamming and ignoring a paying customer.

      Placed online order on 9-18-22 for 2 items totaling $69.86 and credit card was charged on that date. I have contacted this company on 4 or 5 separate occasions via email and phone calls because items have never shipped and it is now appx. 3 months later. They keep saying the items will be shipped but cannot provide a date after several months. I tried to cancel this order several times requesting a refund to no avail.

      I ordered shirts on June 9th for my businessI It is September 29th I have not received them I've tried to get my money back but 2 months ago they said they were all processed they can't do that I asked to speak to the owners he said he cannot do that I found the owner's online on Facebook I message them no response response I asked him to resolve this problem of this problem I get the run around round I've been in there every day Trying to get this resolved I lost money these were pushed by advertisement for my business They give me excuses excuses they're in backorder that was the 1st Excuse then they had one guy took day off so they were behind A-day A-day that was a second excuse now it's they only have 2 people working thepeople working there I have not received them I've lost a lot of money over this that was advertisement for my business I just started this year I have signs that create work for me Please help me I can't get my shirts I can't get my money I aint getting no response from anybody at at thank you I'm just frustrated Seems like they just don't care They got their money off me so they don't care anymore 4 months that's just too much
