Our salesman was nice and very professional but we found out that he left the company shortly after signing our contract. He made a few mistakes that was somewhat of a problem but everything worked out in the end. Our installers, ************** and ************, did a fantastic job and kept us informed every step of the way. Job was completed in two days. Very happy with the finished product.Review from John A

June 24, 2024 window replacement performed on 18 windows. Excellent job by *************************** (team lead), *******************, *********************************, *********************, ***************************, and ***********************. The local manager, ****, was also helpful and looked after his crew. We picked Westshore Home because of the quality MI custom product, but also because of a great warranty experience with a shower installation. Highly recommend this company.Review from Susan D

The entry door that ***** and ***** installed is a wonderful improvement to our home. ***** and ***** were courteous, professional, efficient, and did great work. They also took away our old door. We couldnt be happier.Review from Larry C

Wonderful experience from sales, *****************************, to the installation team, ****, ******, *** and *****.They worked with my HOA and pulled the permit.I had two windows and a triple slider installed. They removed the old windows and took them away. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.Thank you!Review from Ed Q

selling inferior shower doors. scheduling to replace a big hassle. been dealing with this issue since March. seems like once they have your money making things right is not a priorityReview from Karen K

West Shore did a walk in shower for us. This is not a cheap project, but they did an excellent job in one day. ******* and ***** did most of the work and very polite and respectful. **** and **** were also part of the team and did amazing work. These guys work hard to make sure they get it done in one day and clean up at the end. I would recommend this company. They are always asking questions to make sure they are doing what you want.
