Bought a car from them. Was making payments on it. Was 33 days late and she repoed it. When I contacted her about making the payments to bring me up to date, she told me I had to pay the full amount of almost $7,000.00. I dont have that kind of money. I asked her when it was going to auction she didnt answer me. Then she started sending me messages threw ******** instead of answering me threw the phone. Every time I seen her she always told me someone was in looking to buy my car.Business response

Response to the following complaint number ********Payment history1. Bought vehicle 7-15-20212. Payment due date 8-15-2021 paid 8-19-20213. Payment due date 9-15-2021 paid 10-3-20214. Payment due date 10-15-2021 paid 11-14-20215. Payment due date 11-15-2021 not paid6. Payment due date 12-15-2021 not paidCommunication with customer :November 12, 2021 I messaged through text message on telephone number given at point of sale, that account was going to go to repossession in 2 days.November 14, 2021 payment was put in then door of office for October.November 14,2021 I texted to same number a photo of the receipt of payment with a note on the bottom that November's payment was due the next day, the message was not deliverable made a second attempt same result.December 1, 2021 I sent another reminder to same phone number that the November payment was due, message not deliveredDecember 1,2021 I sent a messenger through Messenger again to try to reach out to the customer no responseDecember 1, 2021 I sent a certified letter stating the account was in default. The letter was delivered to an individual at the address and signed for on Dec.6,2021 4:20 pm ( documents attached} No response from customerDecember 21,2021 approximately 8;00 pm I repossessed the 2007 ****** ***** from *********************, Hanover, Pa ****** address. The vehicle was out of inspection, the inspection and emissions stickers had expired November 2021.December 21,2021 9:04pm I received message from customer on Messenger that she just had seen the messaged her phone was off. She also stated that she was coming up that evening to pay the payment for October and then Thursday of that week with December's payment, but I repossessed the car and asked what she had to do nowDecember 22,2021 4:02 pm The customer sent me another message from a different phone number that I did not have on file stated that she had seen my message through Messenger the night before and again stated that she was going to bring the payment that evening and the next months payment on the following day.She again asked what she needed to do and stated her phone was off. I responded that she needed to pay the balance owed of 6783.96 as stated on page 3 of her retail installment contract under the DEFAULT section. (document attached)She replied can I get my stuff out. I replied yes I have it , you need to bring the key.December 27,2021 messaged the customer through Messenger asking the customer when she was coming for the things out of the car? The customer responded this week, is it going to auction? I responded not sure.December 30,2021 messaged again on Messenger that I needed the key for the Camry, response from customer ok.January 3,2022 I messaged again on Messenger that I needed the key by the next day, no responseJanuary 5,2022 I messaged on Messenger that the car was going to auction the next day no response.January 6, 2022 I messaged through Messenger that if her items were not picked up by the 21st they would be disposed of , no responseJanuary 17,2022 the daughter of the customer came to the dealership to bring the key and pick up the belongings to the customer.Copies of these conversations can be printed and submitted if needed.Contact with customer on one occurrence at the Turkey ************************* St Hanover , Pa ***** in the evening , customer stated that she has been trying tobring the payment but she has been working long hours in Maryland. I stated I understand and she assured me that she would see me soon. This is the only contact that I had with the customer since the date of purchase.Customer response
