Put in an order for wool fiber ($252.33 USD for Order #****) on 27 April 2021 via their website, with the site stating shipping lead times of about 3 weeks. Did not receive the package within 3 weeks (or at all). Followed up eight times with employee on ******** (June 20 2021, June 28 2021, Oct 21 2021, Dec 3 2021, Dec 15 2021, Jan 12 2022, Jan 18 2022, and Feb 11 2022) requesting order update and then refund. Still have not received either package or refund.Initial Complaint

July 27th, 2021. I went to Tenny'sFiberFarm.com I purchased some fiber, order number # ****, my account was charged $32.67. I have tried to contact several times on **** **** and a E-mail listed on the web page without a response. It has been 4 months. I would like the item to either be dilivered, exchanged for equal color and vaule, or a refund.Initial Complaint

I preordered products with the understanding that it would take 3 week before delivery. This occurred in March 2021. As of 10/2021 I am still waiting to receive the items I paid for. I have contacted them of 3 occasions and not hear anything except that they must of forgotten my order.
